Kelly Golding

Dr Kelly Golding is an Educational Psychologist; she completed her DEdPsy at UCL, IOE. Kelly is currently an associate tutor at UCL, IOE teaching on the DEdPsy programme. Kelly is also part of the Supervision in Schools Network at the Centre for Inclusion at UCL, IOE.

Previously, Kelly worked in Secondary schools as an English teacher and Assistant Headteacher. She was also a facilitator for the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL), before becoming a senior lecturer at the IOE as a module leader on the National Award for SEN Leadership (NASENCo) and teaching on the MA course for inclusive education. Kelly also worked on the EEF funded Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants (MITA) project, delivering the school improvement course for school leaders and training for school staff. Along with the rest of the MITA team, Kelly was awarded the British Educational Research Association (BERA) Public Engagement and Impact Award for the project.
