Circle Solutions is a framework and pedagogy for teaching all personal, social, health and sexuality programs based on the ASPIRE principles: Agency, Safety, Positivity Inclusion, Respect, Equity. Circle Solutions enables pupils to take responsibility together for the emotional climate of the classroom. Rather than focusing on problems or incidents Circle Solutions emphasises strengths, solutions and issues. The Circle Solutions philosophy aims to underpin all relationships in the group. When facilitated well Circle Solutions enables the development of an emotional environment for learning and promotes both student and teacher wellbeing.
